The year's best scramble tournament

The Billy C. is a scramble golf tournament, first conceived by Bill's closest friends on the day of his funeral in 2021.

Golf, for Bill, was an essential part of life; education was also very important, so combining a tournament with helping eager students to make their ways into the college world just makes sense.

Together we have already made a real difference in the lives of six young people (plus two more to come this year).

We currently give $2,000 each to a graduating student at Scotia-Glenville & at Niskayuna high schools. Including the 2025 tournament; as of this year, we will have given away $13,000 in scholarships.

Within The Billy C. Scramble, we offer a $1,000 prize for the winning team, and a $50,000 Prize for a Hole-in-one on 17. Other prizes are awarded for holes-in-one on any other par three holes including Hole 3 -- The Billy C. Hole; where Billy got his hole-in-one.
